Planning & Zoning

The Town of Easton Department of Planning and Zoning is responsible for the administration of land development permits, licenses, and their conformance to the Town's Zoning Ordinance; along with additional development regulations related to floodplain management and forest conservation.

The Department also administers the Town's Subdivision Regulations; which control the division of land within the Town of Easton.
