The quality of life in the south end of the historic district would be greatly improved if the seafood processing company next to my house stopped making the neighborhood smell like rotting seafood. There are exactly zero reasons why this public nuisance is allowed to continue. It is intolerable in the summer and completely ridiculous in January!
